• Understanding – Since Jasmine has been through a lot of things, she understands how past experiences make people who they are. She understands that she has a certain theories and ideologies because of how she grew up and the people she has met over the years.
  
• Outgoing – This tiny girl isn’t shy at all. She has no problem striking up conversations with people she doesn’t even know. Within a few minutes she’ll be your best friend and show you how fun a night could be. She’s very open to talk about everything except her feelings. Her feelings are off limits to even her closest friends.
  
• Ambitious – Jasmine knows what she wants and knows what she has to do to get there. She has dreams of being a professional singer and perhaps even a dancer. She’d love to have her own album and record deal. However, she lacks the drive and motivation to actually quit her partying and stay sober enough to accomplish any of her serious goals.
  
• Independent – Since she’s been on her own since she was fifteen, Jasmine knows how to live by herself and take care of her needs. She understands that bills need to be paid and that she needs to budget both her time and money. Work almost always comes before play but lately her work has been a form of leisure activity. Don’t know what I’m talking about? Good.
  
• Nonjudgmental – Since Jasmine’s five feet tall and barely a hundred pounds, she’s not about to judge anyone at first glance. If she knows you for longer than ten minutes, then you’ll be judged but not too severely. She understands that people can’t help their appearances sometimes but this makes her think she’s better than everyone else sometimes.
  
• Anorexic – Jasmine doesn’t really understand that restricting her food intake will not make her look better. Although she’s fairly beautiful as is, she thinks she’s fat and undesirable. In order to obtain a better self image, Pix has terrible eating habits and hides them because she’s ashamed of herself.
  
• Addict – In order to forget about the physical and emotional abuse she sustained from previous boyfriends, Jasmine drinks and parties often. Fortunately she holds her alcohol fairly well despite her small size. When she drinks she doesn’t stop until she’s passed out or going home with a stranger. It only contributes to her current destructive path that she’s on.
  
• Stubborn – It’s really hard to change her thinking because it has been shaped and molded so many times that she refuses to change for anyone else. She is who she is and if you don’t like it than too bad. If you tell her that she’s beautiful, she’ll think you’re full of crap because her ex boyfriend constantly told her she was fat and disgusting.
  
• Irresponsible – There are times where Jasmine spends the night with strangers and mornings when she wakes up having no recollection of the previous night. She is reckless with her partying behavior and eating disorder. Pix has no stability in her life and doesn’t have the skills to live a safe happy life because she’s never experienced one.
  
• Suspicious – Pix gets mixed up with the wrong people all of the time. Her past relationships haven’t been the happiest and they brought her down a lot. On the inside, she feels very unsure of herself and doesn’t trust other people. One of her exes would compliment her one day and then bash her the next.
  

history: On May 22th, 1991, Jasmine was born into the loving young family of Benjamin and Elise Sawyer. She was adored from the moment they laid eyes on her and her future appeared bright. For the first three years of life, Jasmine was their little angel, their princess. Then, Elise got pregnant again and all of a sudden, Jasmine wasn’t the main focus anymore. Slowly, she drifted into the background as time wore on she became more and more alone. She didn’t know how to cope with this. Did this mean her parents didn’t love her because they weren’t paying her any mind? No, but try explaining that to a three year old. In efforts to get her parent’s affection back, she acted out. She broke things, threw tantrums. Nothing seemed to work. If anything it was working against her.

A few months later, her sister was born. It is needless to say that the parents found a new princess. They thought that Amanda was a miracle child and wouldn’t hesitate to kiss the ground the baby crawled on. It was actually quite ridiculous. The three lived a happy life while Jasmine refused to participate. She was constantly ignored when she tried to fight for the spotlight. Her attempts were futile.

When she turned fourteen, she reached the high school and surprisingly drugs weren’t that hard to come by. She got mixed up in a crowd that didn’t exactly do things that were accepted by society. They stole, did drugs, did the naughty. Jasmine became addicted to her new founded lifestyle and there was nothing that could stop her from having a good time.

It was only when they saw their daughter had drugs in her room that they started to care. Her parents are now trying to bring her back after all of these years. Do they honestly think that she can forgive and forget a long lasting childhood nightmare? They must be out of their minds.
At sixteen, she met her friend Travis while she was at some club in New York. Feeling very intoxicated and on the verge of passing out, Trav took her under his wing and soon enough brought her home to Tennessee where his family “adopted” her. Now, she’s trying to help her “brother” with the merchandising of his band and stay out of trouble for the time being.
