Callie needed to get out of the tour bus for a while. She had felt so lonely the past few days when Travis’s best friend had come back. She had felt forgotten and like she had been pushed away. She normally was used to doing that on her own with people well mostly guys anyways. She was sitting on the couch and looking out of one of the tour bus windows.
The blonde hair girl was contemplating on joining another band at that very moment, if it was going to continue on like this. He was also way to busy with Aubrey which she understood cause; she was his girlfriend or hook-up. Every band had some drama of their own but, she wanted to be in one where she seemed to be liked and not ignored.
The blonde haired girl let out a small tear and wiped it away. Normally it took her a lot to cry and this was one of the things. She got up and thru on her black veiled brides hoodie that was one of her favorite hoodies. It was the most comfortable thing on the planet. Her guitar always felt better, she grabbed it as she walked out of the tour bus and wanted to go find a quiet spot outside where she could be alone and right. It was one thing that got her mind off of everything going on around her.
She looked around a few people were out and she simply ignored everyone walking past her. She searched for a spot and found a little bridge that had water flowing underneath it and it had a bench. She made her way over and pulled her legs up in Indian style and sat down with her guitar on her lap. She pulled out her small notebook out of her pocket hoodie and started playing, writing and signing.
She started to come up with the lyrics that were by Avril Lavigne called complicated. She stopped and looked down at the water and looked at her reflection in it. Sometimes she wished she could find that other person who could complete her and her other half or someone that had been always there for her and be her best friend. When she thought who that one person was there for her really wasn’t. There was a cold breeze that had gone past her and she started to shiver. It wasn’t that bad outside though it had been a rather nice day still a bit chilly. ___________________________________________________________________________ Word Count 417! Sev had been wrestling with her thesis paperwork and research the entire morning. Between studying for her PhD, working as a merch girl and trying to handle the smallest morsel of a social life, she wasn't sure her life could handle anything else tipping the scale. She had once thought that undergraduate study was hard, back when she was trying to make ends meet and testing every available class schedule to check that she had the right one. She always felt like she had everything she needed. Although she loved music, working as a merch girl didn't bring as much band-to-fan time as she hoped. It was no secret that she was a huge fan of most bands on tour, most of her friends were envious. But for the very first time, her personal interests and study were starting to conflict. Fortunately she was figuring out that she could take her days off for research and collecting data. She was making an excellent impression of herself at work, which made her happy. Her life didn't long for the next slice of approval but she was proud when people were proud of her work.
Sev finished up - or finished for the day, as she was never really 'finished' - her studying and took a walk outside. She never really labeled herself as a lover of the outside but being bent over a desk most days a week was tough sometimes. She spent her time walking, imagining what it would be like to get that PhD. Make herself Dr Donati. Her with a PhD, a concept that she just couldn't grasp. Although it was easier to imagine when she was surrounded by music-lovers. She was probably the best meteorologist that they had ever seen, considering it wasn't the most popular profession around. Nobody around here wanted to know anything about meteorology.. but maybe just one nice person would let her talk about how excited she was at this point in her life.
She walked out of her apartment building to soak in the picture of beauty that was the outside. And in the corner of her eye, she noticed a bridge and a blonde female sat on a bench. She didn't recognize her, which meant one of two things. Either she had nothing to do with the tour, or she was part of 'We're Awesome'. Severina knew many of the bands, some that hadn't even glanced her way, but the ones she didn't tend to know were the ones from We're Awesome. She walked over to her, waving to get her attention.
"Hi!" she greeted with a soft smile on her face, hoping that she wasn't bothering her.
