She grew up in a family where her parents were fairly wealthy, and therefore she got what she wanted most of the time. People were always bending over backwards to make her happy, so she's used to being fairly spoiled and can get a little moody when things don't go her way. In a sense, she's a bit of a control freak, always wanting to have the upper hand. They were a highly respected couple who had their lives together. They both had jobs and were both rather wealthy. The pregnancy had been unexpected, but they decided to go through with it. For the first few years of her live, Aubrey's parents juggled their jobs from at home while trying to take care of their daughter. But as she got older, they faded back into their offices and studios, leaving Aubrey with a babysitter to tend to her basic needs. That left her pretty much parentless and looking for a way to deal with her feelings of abandonment. That was when the temper tantrums started and she just never seemed to be a happy child. And she never really was happy, though she did a pretty good job at convincing people otherwise while she was in middle and high school. It was during her high school years that Aubrey gained her love of going to concerts. One of her friends was in a band and was doing an opening act for some big time band. So she agreed and went. From that point on she fell in love with that sort of atmosphere, which was weird for a prissy rich girl like herself. Her parents probably wouldn't approve, but they were never around to really tell her what to do anyway. So during those concert she made friends and eventually jumped on tour with one of them. Of course she had to leave at the end of it to go on about her life, but now she's back on tour with her friend Tristan's band as their merch girl.
